The purpose of this position is to process member's requested financial transactions, resolve problems, and answer questions; to identify and suggest financial services that would improve our members' lives. This position provides prompt, professional, and courteous support and assistance to internal departments, retail branches, and members.

Dealer Relations Representative
This role supports the success of Y‑12 Credit Union’s indirect lending program by building strong relationships with assigned dealerships, providing consistent service, and helping drive loan growth. The position includes traveling to dealerships to share updates, maintain communication, and address basic concerns, as well as assisting with activity reporting and monthly lending statistics. The role also helps identify new dealer opportunities, participates in partnership‑building activities, and maintains awareness of market trends and competitor offerings. Additional responsibilities include supporting program initiatives, documenting activity in the CRM system, and escalating recommendations or issues to management.
