Pre-Conversion FAQs

  • The following Bill Pay Data will transfer:
    • Payee information that has been used in the last 24 months
    • Scheduled recurring payments
    • 6 months of account history
    The following Bill Pay data will not transfer:
    • Inactive payees that have not bees used in over 24 months
    • Account history older than 6 months
    • eBills - these will need to be added in the new system
    • Pending payments scheduled for after August 12th
  • You can schedule payments until Monday, August 8th.  After this time, the previous system will be unavailable while we work to launch the new system. You may begin scheduling payments in EasyPay on Monday, August 15th.
