Manager, IT Operations

This position will lead, configure, and manage the day-to-day operations of the credit union's core banking system (Symitar), support operations automation, as well as supporting Synergy imaging systems to ensure secure, efficient, and highly available core system operations. Implement assigned Information Technology (IT) projects by collaborating with senior management, department/branch managers, end users, IT staff, and vendors. Serve as a project leader on assigned projects. When required, assist with Audit, Risk Management, security assessment and helpdesk tasks. Maintain relationships with all associated credit union core system vendors.

Bilingual Consumer Lending Consultant

The Consumer Lending Consultant assists Members and potential Members with their lending needs through multiple channels such as telephone, video, email, and fax. They educate members and make recommendations for products and services, respond to problems, take loan applications, process and make loan disbursements. The Consumer Lending Consultant contributes towards the achievement of the credit union's expected financial outcomes.

Call Center Agent

The purpose of this position is to identify and provide information regarding Credit Union products and services that will benefit members. This includes processing member's requested financial transactions over the phone via digital channels and using video technology via Personal Teller Machines (PTM) in an omni-channel fashion. This position provides prompt, professional, and courteous service to internal departments, retail branches, and members.

  • Once selected for an available position, a full-time employee should remain in that position for at least six months prior to transferring. A part-time employee should remain in that position for at least 90 days prior to transferring to a full-time position.
