Manager, IT Operations
This position will lead, configure, and manage the day-to-day operations of the credit union's core banking system (Symitar), support operations automation, as well as supporting Synergy imaging systems to ensure secure, efficient, and highly available core system operations. Implement assigned Information Technology (IT) projects by collaborating with senior management, department/branch managers, end users, IT staff, and vendors. Serve as a project leader on assigned projects. When required, assist with Audit, Risk Management, security assessment and helpdesk tasks. Maintain relationships with all associated credit union core system vendors.
