Universal Banker (Full- and Part-Time)
The purpose of this position is to process member's requested financial transactions, resolve problems, and answer questions; to identify and suggest financial services that would improve our members' lives. This position provides prompt, professional and courteous support and assistance to internal departments, retail branches, and members.

Manager, IT Operations
This position will lead, configure, and manage the day-to-day operations of the credit union's core banking system (Symitar), support operations automation, as well as supporting Synergy imaging systems to ensure secure, efficient, and highly available core system operations. Implement assigned Information Technology (IT) projects by collaborating with senior management, department/branch managers, end users, IT staff, and vendors. Serve as a project leader on assigned projects. When required, assist with Audit, Risk Management, security assessment and helpdesk tasks. Maintain relationships with all associated credit union core system vendors.
Sr, Core Systems Engineer
The Sr, Core Systems Engineer is responsible for the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of the organization's Core Systems infrastructure, ensuring its seamless and reliable operation. This role encompasses the maintenance and management of Symitar and related core system software, hardware, and backend infrastructure. The Sr, Core Systems Engineer identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves server hardware and software issues while providing technical expertise and guidance to staff and end-users. Additionally, this position involves managing and delivering multiple complex projects concurrently, including the design, development, and implementation of Symitar application solutions to support organizational goals.
