The purpose of this position is to process member's requested financial transactions, resolve problems, and answer questions; to identify and suggest financial services that would improve our members' lives. This position provides prompt, professional and courteous support and assistance to internal departments, retail branches, and members.

VP, Facility Solutions

The VP of Facility Solutions directs the operations and future planning of credit union facilities and provides management and overview of the Credit Union’s security department.

IT Support Specialist I

The IT Support Specialist assists the Credit Union in the achievement of it mission, always making a positive difference in each member's financial life, provides support and training to Credit Union staff in the use of office automation products, and provides fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.

Consumer Lending Consultant

The Consumer Lending Consultant assists Members and potential Members with their lending needs through multiple channels such as telephone, video, email, and fax. They educate members and make recommendations for products and services, respond to problems, take loan applications, process and make loan disbursements. The Consumer Lending Consultant contributes towards the achievement of the Credit Union's expected financial outcomes.  

Consumer Loan Underwriter

The Consumer Loan Underwriter reviews and analyzes submitted consumer loan applications for underwriting decisions. These requests will be delivered through multiple channels and include all consumer loan types such as but not limited to personal unsecured loans, credit cards, auto, boat, and other collateralized requests.

Call Center Agent

The purpose of this position is to identify and provide information regarding Credit Union products and services that will benefit members. This includes processing member's requested financial transactions over the phone via digital channels and using video technology via Personal Teller Machines (PTM) in an omni-channel fashion. This position provides prompt, professional, and courteous service to internal departments, retail branches, and members.
 

Video Banker (Part-Time)

The purpose of this position is to process member's requested financial transactions using video technology via Personal Teller Machines. Identify and provide information regarding credit union products and services that will benefit members. Provides prompt, professional and courteous service to internal departments, retail branches, and members.
