Make sure you're receiving communications from us with your up-to-date email, phone number, and address.
Know your login credentials.

Update or verify your contact information by July 5 to be automatically entered to win one of our weekly digital prizes.




3 Ways To Enter:

Use tab to switch between available options, and press enter or space to move into the content
Log in to Online Banking.
Select Services from the top menu.
Find Update Personal Information and select Continue.
Toggle to the member you would like to update and select Submit.
Update or verify the contact information and select Submit, then Confirm.
Call us at 800-482-1043.
Select number X from the options menu.
Update or verify your contact information with the Member Engagement Consultant.

Visit a branch.
Update or verify your contact information with a Member Experience Consultant.

The Contest is open only to persons ages 18 years of age or older who update or validate their contact information from June 1, 2023, through July 5, 2023. Employees of Y-12 Federal Credit Union, its subsidiaries, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win.

Know your login credentials.

Retrieve your Y-12 FCU username and password if available within your device.


  • Open the Settings app.
    Tap Passwords & Accounts for iOS 13 or earlier.
    Or tap Passwords for iOS 14 or later.
    Use Face ID or Touch ID when prompted, or enter your passcode.
    To see your login credentials, select NetTeller.

  • Open the Settings app.
    Tap Lock Screen and Security.
    Tap on the Saved Passwords, and then tap Show or Hide.
    Select the Y-12 FCU app icon to view the saved login credentials.
  • Open the Chrome app.
    At the top right, tap More.
    Tap Settings, and find and tap Password Manager.
    Tap NetTeller for your login credentials.
