If you haven't upgraded to a contactless debit card, sign into your Online Banking account and select Services from the menu to choose one of six designs, or visit a branch to have one printed instantly.
If your debit card is lost or stolen or you notice suspicious transactions, you can deactivate your debit card in our Mobile App by selecting Card Controls from the menu or in Online Banking under the Services tab. If you find your card you may reactivate it. If not, contact us or stop by any branch for a new debit card.
You may also report a lost or stolen Debit or Credit Card during business hours by contacting our Member Service Center at 865-482-1043. For after business hours, please call 1-866-839-7482.
