Delete Your Digital Banking Profile
How do I delete my Digital Banking profile?
To delete your online Digital Banking profile, please call 800-482-1043 to speak to a Member Engagement Consultant.
Deleting your online profile means that we will remove access to you and any other persons with access to your Digital Banking profile via our online site or mobile app. Please note the following when your online profile is deleted:
- You will no longer have online or app access to your accounts.
- You will no longer be able to utilize electronic statements, and paper statements and notices will revert to being mailed to the address on file. A paper statement fee applies. Please refer to our Fee Schedule.
- You will no longer be able to utilize alerts, notices, EasyPay Bill Pay, mobile deposit, or other services provided by Digital Banking.
- Any future dated or recurring transactions set up through your Digital Banking profile will be deleted and cancelled.
Removing access may take up to two weeks, and you may access your account until this process is completed.
As a regulated industry, we are required by law to retain data about your online profile for a period of no less than 3 years. Therefore, deleting your online profile will not delete all of the historical records associated with your existing enrollment.
