Call Anytime For Account Information

We’re over the moon about our Telephone Banking Service. It allows members to call anytime, day or night, to receive account balance information. 

We call our Telephone Banking Service the Member Audio Response Service (MARS). It allows you to keep track of your accounts around the clock using a touch-tone telephone. Just call 865-483-MARS, 865-584-MARS or call toll-free if calling outside Anderson and Knox counties at 1-800-676-3335 to access the MARS service.

You will be prompted to enter your account number and create a PIN number. You will then hear a menu allowing you to perform a variety of transactions, including balance inquiries, history inquiries and transfers. This is just another way your credit union is providing you anytime, anywhere access to your accounts.
